Pulling lower res game art?

So I've got it setup and been using it for about a solid week. I have my game drive installed and it works great too. However as I play around in the on the 4k TV. it looks like the game art its pulling from Steam is the lower resolution stuff (to be expected on the Steam Deck. Is this something that can be addressed in HoloISO or is this something that needs to be handled by Valve?

it could be that valve might release updates later on to cater to power users, and the people that like to plug decks into their large TVs

though I'm not sure if the settings is moddable for now, or it's a serverside thing.
