My Steam Deck has 2 uneven dark and light colors.. Is this normal???

Doesn't look normal to me... I would contact Valve if it bothers you, it might be worth of an RMA...

yeah I can see what you mean, it looks quite different, on the bottom diagonal of the deck...
It looks like there was a stencil over the components in the manufacturing process to protect them and the rest came in contact with something else (chemical, UV light). I've had 4 Decks in my hands so far and I haven't noticed this on any of them - and I'm picky.
yeah well, while that is indeed sad, maybe if you don't want the hassle of maybe returning or exchanging the unit, maybe you could just slap on a nice cover, like this one from the article below:So sad
