Gta iv steam version and gta v nonsteam version

Hi I have GTA IV steam version on steam deck. And i have GTA V on rockstar launcher. I installed GTA IV on steam deck. Rockstar launcher was installed too. How I can find rockstar launcher to install gta v from it? I think a i dont need buy gta v on steam. Thanks
