God of war black screen on launch

Anyone else not able to run God of War on holo?

It launches to a black screen for me and at least one other person

Some progress on Reddit. Seems that downloading it on another OS and adding the disk to steam in holo makes GOW run fine.

I suspect something in the way steam does integrity checks is borked when it comes to GOW on holo. This makes sense considering the very weird behavior when installing the game initially. The install either hangs and needs to be stopped and started or takes extremely long.

Wow, that's very quirky... I have to assume this only happens on HoloISO, but not on the actual steam deck, right?

Though, I have read on Reddit of some people really needing to do parallel tests on actual steam decks and various PCs with HoloISO on them to actually find if it does work or not.

It would be nice if there was a wiki or database for things like this, just like the database for emulators like the PS2 emulators which show which games work, and which ones don't or are playable, but buggy.
