Yeah, in general your question was quite vague, it's helpful to always give detailed info when you have hardware/software problems.

do you have a phone handy? maybe you could record the screen with a phone, then screenshot the parts of it where it shows what's happening.
then you can upload it here.
The option is shown when you start writing to the destination device (Rufus)
